We have a strong team of over 100 crew members
that are well-trained, committed and enthusiastic to grow together
with Kluang Station. On an average, most of our outlet crews are
young and in their mid twenties. We motivate our team through
a profit sharing system and this reward method has indeed sparked
more loyalty and sense of ownership to the company. Hence, our
staff turnover is considerably lower compared to most F&B
outlets.
To cope with our expansion, we have set up a central kitchen in
July 2006 to ensure we maintain a stringent quality control across
all our outlets. Our team of in-house chefs will do most of the
food preparation, marinating and quality control inspection Our
chefs also do their rounds to the outlets to ensure food consistency
and taste. To facilitate a smoother and fresher food transportation
from our central kitchen to the respective outlets, we have stringent
and systematic delivery system in place.
Vibrantreat Sdn Bhd is our sister company that acts as the management
office to implement and streamline all relevant accounting and
human resources policies. Vibrantreat also oversees the operations
of our central kitchen.
e believe Kluang Station is not a passing trend but a nostalgic
experience brought to life in a more comfortable setting to assent
with progressive time. Thus, we see a lot of potential
growth in our business and we are confidence that we can capture
a bigger market with strategic planning and expansion. We are planning
for 8-12 new outlets by 2007/08 and we hope to go regional in five
years time.
