luang Station coffee is 100% local as the beans are home grown and painstakingly hand roasted to perfection. This labour
intensive method produces a special Kluang aromatic coffee blend that speaks for itself. Generally, coffee lovers drink either the dark coffee (Kopi O) or coffee with milk (Kopi) but over in Kluang Station, we have a huge following of ‘Cham’ drinkers. This mixture of coffee and tea drink is reputedly addictive even for non-coffee lovers.

luang Station's Kaya (coconut jam) is a very much sought after item for its quality taste and texture. It is full bodied with a hint
of screwpines aroma (pandan leaves). JJ's mum herself make the Kaya freshly every two days through a very tedious and time consuming traditional double boiled process. To accommodate the demand of our Kaya lovers, we have also packed our Kaya in a convenient takeway container.
his succulent dish may be one of the earliest fusion cuisines of east meets west ever concocted. As the
Hainaneses are known for their culinary skills, it is only natural that most of them are hired in the English household during the British occupation as cooks. Unlike your normal Chicken Chop, Hainanese Chicken Chop comes with one whole leg chicken and topped with generous amount of tomato based gravy, fries, green peas and baked beans.

luang Laksa is a marriage of the two Malaysian local favourites; Assam laksa and Curry laksa. This sour and spicy noodle dish is
served with sumptuous fish based gravy and is very popular among the ladies.
